Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Not only does it give your body the nutrition it needs after fasting overnight, but it sets the tone for the day. If you start your morning out with junk food, you’re much more likely to continue to eat junk since you “already blew it for today”. Likewise, if you eat healthy foods in the morning, you’re more likely to keep the streak going. So choosing your breakfast wisely is very important.
